CHANDIGARH: UT Education Department will conduct a special counselling for Class XI students, who failed to get admissions to local government schools despite three attempts.

UT Education Department will conduct a special counselling for Class XI students, who failed to get admissions to local government schools despite three attempts.

According to the District Education Officer, the department will now conduct two counselling for students, who sought admission in humanities at Government Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 10. The first counselling will be held on August 26 for those who scored 50 per cent and above. For those who scored between 45 per cent and 50 per cent marks, the counselling will be held on the same day from 11am.

On August 27, the department will conduct counselling only for girls students, who scored 40 per cent and above marks from 9am to 11am. While for those who sought admissions in science, commerce and skill courses, the counselling will be held 11am onward.
