DAV boys beat APS in netball opener

CHANDIGARH:KB DAV School, Sector 7, beat Adarsh Public School (APS), Sector 20, 10-6 in the opening match of the boys’ U-14 category at the State Netball Championship for the 12th Kailash Bahl Trophy here on Friday.

Chandigarh, January 25

KB DAV School, Sector 7, beat Adarsh Public School (APS), Sector 20, 10-6 in the opening match of the boys’ U-14 category at the State Netball Championship for the 12th Kailash Bahl Trophy here on Friday. 

In the second match, CL DAV School, Sector 7, overcame Government Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 20, 7-6. 

In the girls’ U-14 category, Government Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 20, defeated Sacred Heart School, Sector 26, 9-3. Tribune Model School, Sector 19, advanced to the next stage with a 7-6 win over CL DAV School, Sector 7. 

In the last match of the day, KB DAV Scholl defeated Unified Club 8-4. 

In the boys’ U-19 category, KB DAV School dumped Government Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 20, 7-5, while Aurobindo School, Sector 27, beat Chandigarh Club 8-3. 

Dev Samaj Club, Sector 45, registered a 12-10 win over Government Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 20, in the girls’ U-19 category. KB DAV girls defeated Sun Shine Club 6-5.
