Chandigarh: 'Google Girl' Vaishnavi Gupta of KB DAV Senior Secondary Public School, Sector 7-B, Chandigarh, who is known for memorising the names of world capitals and many more, was invited by Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar to his residence. She was honoured with flowers and a gift. Khattar also lauded her on Facebook and wrote that "Over the centuries, the whole world has always saluted the remarkable intellect of Indian daughters.”

Unnatveer Singh, a Class XI (Arts) student of PML SD Public School, Sector 32-C, Chandigarh, bagged a gold medal in the 56th National Roller Skating Championship held at Visakhapatnam. The event was organised by the Roller Skating Federation of India.
