Baby girl found abandoned

MOHALI: An infant was found abandoned outside the premises of the Prabh Aasra Trust at Kurali last night.

Mohali, November 27

An infant was found abandoned outside the premises of the Prabh Aasra Trust at Kurali last night. Shamsher Singh Padiala, chief manager of the trust, said a sewadar found the child around 11 pm outside the gate of the building. The infant, a girl, was wrapped in a torn blanket.

The infant was taken to the Civil Hospital, Kharar. Later, she was referred to the PGI, Chandigarh. He said the infant was still undergoing treatment at the PGI, and her condition was critical.
