Three killed as vehicle falls into gorge in Banihal

BANIHAL (J&K): Three people were killed and four were injured when their vehicle went off the road to fall into a gorge in Ramsoo area of Banihal district on Tuesday, police said.

Three people were killed and four were injured when their vehicle went off the road to fall into a gorge in Ramsoo area of Banihal district on Tuesday, police said.

The vehicle was on its way from Banihal to Ramsoo. The accident killed three people — Mohammad Ayub, Parveena Begum and Shabir Ahmed — instantly, a police officer said.

The others were rescued and taken to Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences Soura, Srinagar, he said. — PTI
