CHANDIGARH: As many as 118 units of blood were donated by volunteers at a camp organised by the Vishvas Foundation and HDFC Bank at PGI here today.

As many as 118 units of blood were donated by volunteers at a camp organised by the Vishvas Foundation and HDFC Bank at PGI here today.

Dr Jagat Ram, Director, PGI, inaugurated the camp with Vishvas Foundation general secretary Sadhvi Neelima Vishvas. As many as 118 units of blood were collected during the camp.

The PGIMER has achieved the overall second position by winning 12 prizes in the 33rd Annual Chrysanthemum Show, 2019, which was organised by the Municipal Corporation of Chandigarh. — TNS
