UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has cancelled his visit to India for the second time this year. The cancellation comes in the wake of Delhi’s preoccupation with the surge in Covid cases. Earlier, Johnson had to cancel his January 26 visit because Covid cases had spiked alarmingly in the UK at that time. — TNS
