Mohali, February 18
The police have arrested two persons who had allegedly kidnapped a Class IX girl while she had gone to school on Saturday.
The accused have been identified as Ajay Kumar and Arshdeep Singh, both residents of UP.
According to the police, the accused had taken the girl with him to UP on the pretext of marriage. The other accused accompanied him in the crime.
A case was registered at the Phase XI police station. Today, police arrested the accused from UP and the girl was also saved.
