As such, New Year revellers, who are flocking to popular hill stations like Kufri, Narkanda, Kasauli, Manali and Dalhousie to celebrate the New Year, are likely to return disappointed.

The state capital is witnessing a huge influx of tourists with an air of festivity all around. Special cultural events and food festival are being organised for the visitors.
