SACCM students told about meditation

LUDHIANA: Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management (SACCM) organised a meditation session under the guidance of Prof Meenu Goyal and Prof Jai Parkash.

Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management (SACCM) organised a meditation session under the guidance of Prof Meenu Goyal and Prof Jai Parkash.

The session was conducted by Anil Bharti and Leena Bharti from the Swami Vivekanand Meditation Pyramid, Ludhiana. Brigadier HS Bhandal, Director Education, and Principal RL Behl were also present.

The session was organised by NSS volunteers Abheeti and Himanshu Garg. Around 70 students attended the session.

The students were made aware of the science and importance of meditation.

The concepts related to physical and mental healing were explained with the help of a video. Following this, Leena Bharti conducted a 10-minute meditation session.

Prof Meenu Goyal said it was a great experience for everyone. The college plans to conduct such sessions regularly on the campus.
