CNG cabs, auto-rickshaws create traffic chaos in Mohali

The district witnessed a huge traffic chaos when CNG cabs and auto-rickshaws queued up along a road leading to the Phase VI petrol pump here on Tuesday morning. 

A number of commuters faced inconvenience as they were stuck in more than 2-km traffic jam. The petrol pump witnessed rush as some problem had occurred at the Sector 44 petrol pump. 

Narinder Singh, a resident, said he had to meet a doctor at the Mohali Civil Hospital, but it took him more than one hour to reach the destination. The traffic police should have reacted immediately when these commercial vehicles started queuing up along the road, he rued.
