CHANDIGARH: A delegation of the Chandigarh Business Council raised various issues related to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) before Assistant Excise and Taxation Commissioner (AETC) RK Chaudhry here today.

A delegation of the Chandigarh Business Council raised various issues related to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) before Assistant Excise and Taxation Commissioner (AETC) RK Chaudhry here today.

The delegation with Neeraj Bajaj, JC Arora, LC Arora, JPS Kalra, HS Gujral, Subhash Sethi, Sat Pal Garg, Ashwani Khanna, Baldev Aggarwal and Ajay Bansal as its members highlighted GST-related problems and confusions being faced by city traders. It was brought to his notice that about 1,600 VAT assessees were yet to migrate to the GST. — TNS
