On demand: (L-R) Deeksha Sharma,  and  Avantika Pandey at the Bulbul App launch

The residents of Tricity need not go to salons for beauty treatments, nor do they have to worry about getting ready for a party or a marriage. Just tap a button, request for a beauty service and get pampered at the comfort and privacy of your home with BulBul— Stylist on Demand. Deeksha Sharma, project manager of BulBul, launched this on-demand beauty app recently.

These beauty services are delivered by professional beauty and makeover artists who use the best products from brands like O3, Rica Wax etc. Speaking on the occasion, Deeksha said, “Our objective was to provide convenience and sense of comfort to women, and the concept of Bulbul app originated from it. It will enable the ladies/girls of Chandigarh Tricity to get salon-like services in the comfort of their own home at reasonable prices. These services have been especially hand-picked for the female residents of the Tricity. Besides, they can schedule an appointment as per their convenience. ”

How it works?

After the user has downloaded BulBul-Stylist on Demand from Play Store, she should register by putting in personal details. Then she could view the beauty service menu which is segregated into four categories: Hair, Face, Waxing and Pamper. These categories further includes different beauty services which are listed below. Once the customer has chosen a service of her liking, she is asked to add her location as well as specify the date and time when she wants to avail the service. After the service, the customer can pay through cash on arrival.
