Senior Deputy Election Commissioner of India Sandeep Saxena has directed all the District Electoral Officers (DEOs) and Assistant Returning Officers (AROs) of Haryana to complete all necessary formalities to ensure that the counting process is done in a smooth and transparent manner on October 24.

Apart from this, additional counting tables, computers, etc, should also be provided in sufficient quantity at each centre.

He said there should be no error while feeding the data of counting and after every round is calculated, the correct data should be fed.

Meanwhile, Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Anurag Agarwal said all ROs and AROs should complete the preparations for counting of votes as per the guidelines issued by the commission and get the counting work done smoothly.
